About Rachel

I have always been deeply interested in the narrative that shape our lives, seeing every individual as uniquely shaped by their experiences, strengths and the moments that have quietly influenced the story of who they are.

With an approach that is calm, grounded, and relational, guided by compassion, and genuine human connection.

Rachel aims to create a therapeutic space that feels authentic. A soft landing, where clients can arrive as they are and feel truly understood and supported.

Valuing quiet meaningful connection within the therapeutic process. Rachel believes healing often unfolds through feeling deeply seen and accepted, alongside having space to explore the parts of ourselves that may have been protected, or left unattended, with an ongoing commitment to professional development, always adapting and integrating evidence-based approaches to her therapeutic practice that align with the client to support them.

Rachel is humbled by the opportunity to walk alongside individuals as they navigate change, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with themselves and others in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.
